I already have a website, why do I need Full Circle?
Websites on Full Circle work differently. Easy-to-use tools let anyone manage
their own site. Anyone. Don't believe us? Try it for yourself. You can save time and
money by using your own staff to update your website.
Can I use my own domain?
Absolutely. When you first setup a website, we'll help you create a domain, so that
you can access and administrate your site. You can assign any domains that you
own to your website.
Who can I contact if I have questions?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 7:00pm,
Saturdays - By Appointment Only, Eastern Standard Time (US).
What about email?
We provide up to 1,000 email accounts.
If you wish, you can also host your email wherever you wish.

What type of format is used to create a design?
All designs are created @ 300dpi in CMYK format with 1/4in print margins.
What is the turnaround time for a design?
Depending on which product you choose, the turnaround could vary from 1-3 days
or it will depend upon project completion date.
What is the turnaround time for delivery of products?
Please allow 3-5 days for all printing needs. EXCEPT DURING HOLIDAYS when printing
can be delayed.
Is there a fee for expedited orders?
Yes, for expedited orders an extra fee will be applied. DURING HOLIDAYS EXPEDITED
ORDERS can be delayed.
